And over the last eight years, Nashville-based BITC Inc. has hosted and managed the Bitcoin Conference in Miami, Florida. It is the world's largest gathering of Bitcoiners and hosts a whopping 35,000 people over four days, from VIP clients to thought leaders and industry innovators.
BITC Inc. needed help to support their 35,000 key attendees with airport transfers, transport to and from external events, and general admission transportation for all attendees. No small task… and that’s why they came to Swoop.

Here’s a little story about the fantastic relationship between Swoop and one of the most important financial companies in the world today.
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, or a digital asset, and was first invented and implemented by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009. How did we do this?
Moving 35,000 people!
That’s quite a lot of people. And we understood that everyone was important from general admission visitors to VIP attendees including actors, politicians, and athletes.
Bitcoin needed to know that all attendees were looked after and that they didn’t need to go to anyone else for a single journey.
After providing Bitcoin with a free initial quote, Swoop held comprehensive discussions with the client to understand all their details and requirements—hint: there were many!—so that we could put together a comprehensive plan for this special event.
The result was that we provided 106 total vehicles, which included 56-passenger charter buses to transport general admission delegates, plus executive black cars for guest speakers, VIPs and airport transportation.

Providing enough vehicles of different varieties to transport this many people is one thing, but how did we make sure that not a single ball was dropped and Bitcoin’s essential guestlist was collected and delivered not a minute late?

We carefully select and vet an established collection of knowledgeable drivers who are always based in any client’s locality – so we can all help to support local businesses together.

Our logistics coordinators on the ground managed the flow of the event and even dealt with stakeholders, such as the Miami city police and local hotel management to ensure logistics were prepared for success.
